- Contact form: name, email address, organisation, phone number, subject, message.
- Analytics: anonymised usage data via Google Analytics (pages visited, session duration, device type).
- EPD registration: organisation name, contact person, product details, LCA practitioner details (for programme administration only — per GPI Section 3.4).
4. How We Use Your Information
- To respond to your enquiry.
- To administer EPD registration and programme membership (where applicable).
- To send programme updates (with your consent).
We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties except as required by law or for programme administration.
5. Public Programme Data
Per GPI Section 3.4, the following information is public and may be published: EPD owner name, product name, manufacturing sites, PCR used, validity dates, verifier name, registration number, and EPD documents.
6. Data Retention
Contact form data: 24 months or until deletion request. EPD registration data: retained for the EPD validity period and 5 years thereafter for record purposes.
