By accessing or using the EPD SETU website, you agree to these Terms of Use and the EPD SETU General Programme Instructions (GPI). If you do not agree, please do not use this website.

2. About EPD SETU

EPD SETU is an Environmental Product Declaration Programme Operator driven by the Technologies for Low Carbon and Lean Construction (TLC2), Indian Institute of Technology Madras (IIT Madras). The programme is aligned with ISO 14025.

3. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including EPDs, PCRs, the GPI, verification templates, and programme documentation is the intellectual property of EPD SETU / TLC2 / IIT Madras unless otherwise stated. EPDs and PCRs may be downloaded for personal, professional, research and academic purposes.

4. EPD Accuracy & Disclaimer

EPDs published on this platform are based on LCA data provided by manufacturers and independently verified by approved third-party verifiers. TLC2 / EPD SETU does not warrant the commercial completeness of any EPD. Publication of an EPD does not constitute a claim of environmental superiority over alternative products (per ISO 14025).

5. Programme Logo Use

The EPD SETU programme logo and name are trademarks of TLC2, IIT Madras. Use is permitted only for valid, registered EPDs and only in accordance with logo-use guidelines issued by the Programme Operator (per GPI Section 8.6).

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
